Procedure (on location):

All shots taken with ProofMode app built-in camera
Kept app in the background for entire shoot
Sometimes click "Done" halfway through longer shoots to create the ZIP, and avoid crashing
Clicked "Share" and then "Copy" to create ZIP in the app


Post-shoot procedure (somewhere with good wifi):

Upload ZIP to my OneDrive
Upload ZIP to ProofCheck site: https://proofcheck.gpfs.link
Check the photo count, time, date, location etc, looks correct

Bugs:

None :)

Note - I restarted my phone before the shoot (clears cache?)
